To help us investigate a technical issue, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead and which device or app version you use. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or other sensitive credentials by email.
You can delete your K-Suomi account directly in the mobile app through Settings → Delete Account. For a privacy request or a question about how personal data is handled, email us and include enough detail for us to understand your request.
K-Suomi can support your learning and everyday orientation, but it cannot give individual legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. For an important decision, please verify information with the relevant Finnish authority or a qualified professional.
